Disability Support Questions
What's the difference between SIL and daily disability support?
SIL (Supported Independent Living) provides accommodation + 24/7 on-site support. Daily disability support covers assistance with community participation, daily tasks, and independence building without residential care.
Do you support participants with complex or challenging behaviours?
Yes. Complex behaviours are our specialty. Our team has training in trauma-informed care, positive behaviour support, and de-escalation. We don't turn people away.
Can I change support workers if the match isn't right?
Absolutely. We prioritize finding the right fit between participant and supporter. Tell us what's not working and we'll make a change promptly.
How much does disability support cost?
Costs depend on whether you're NDIS-funded (costs vary by hourly rate and plan) or privately funded. We're happy to provide transparent pricing. No hidden fees.
Can you support my child's school transition?
Yes. We have experience supporting school leavers through transitions into day programs, vocational training, or community participation. Early planning makes this smoother.
Need support choosing the right services?
Call us, enquire online, or refer a participant — we help you use your NDIS plan with the right local supports.
