Nursing care in your home
Registered and enrolled nurses providing clinical care at home for NDIS, aged care, and TAC clients.

What is Community Nursing?
Community nursing, also known as district nursing or home nursing, involves registered and enrolled nurses providing healthcare services outside of a hospital setting. This allows clients to receive essential medical care, support, and education in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.
Our highly skilled nurses work closely with you, your family, and other healthcare professionals to develop a personalised care plan that supports your recovery, manages chronic conditions, and promotes overall well-being.

Your Nursing Questions Answered
Do I need an NDIS plan to access community nursing?
No. We provide nursing services to NDIS participants, aged care clients, TAC clients, and private customers. Your funding source (NDIS, My Aged Care, TAC, or private) determines the pathway.
What qualifications do your nurses have?
All our nurses are Registered Nurses (RN) with relevant experience in complex needs, wound care, or specific clinical specialties. We maintain current CPR certification and ongoing professional development.
Can a nurse help manage my medications?
Yes. Our nurses can administer medications, provide reminders, manage complex medication schedules, and liaise with your GP and pharmacist about effectiveness or side effects.
How quickly can we get started?
For urgent clinical needs, we aim to arrange initial assessment within 5 business days. For routine community nursing, typically 1-2 weeks. Contact us with your timeframe and we'll prioritize accordingly.
Is nursing covered by NDIS?
Yes, if nursing is listed in your NDIS plan under 'Core Supports' or approved by the NDIS. We'll verify your eligibility and work with you to maximize your plan allocation.
