How do I access aged home care through My Aged Care?
Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or visit myagedcare.gov.au. They'll arrange an aged care assessment. Once approved, you can direct your Home Care Package funds to Australian Allied or contact us directly about private arrangements.
What if I don't have a Home Care Package yet?
We offer private aged home care services on a fee-for-service basis. Our team can also help guide you through the My Aged Care eligibility process so you understand your options.
Can I choose which staff member supports me?
We work hard to build continuity. When possible, you'll have a consistent caregiver you know and trust. We'll always respect your preferences and communicate any changes in advance.
What's included in personal care assistance?
Personal care includes showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living. Our team is trained in dignity-focused care and always respects your privacy and independence.
How often can I access services?
